After School Care

Asheville Catholic School’s After School Enrichment Program (ASEP) is available for students in Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade. It is designed to meet the needs of students and their working parents. ASEP provides a child-centered, safe, stimulating, and happy environment. Each day ASEP offers an after school snack, homework time and recreation time. In addition, the program offers a variety of activities such as music, games, arts and crafts, cooking, holiday parties and more.

A one-time $55 registration fee per family is required at the beginning of the year with your application.

Families can drop in as needed once application is on file and registration fee has been paid.

Attendance will be taken daily.

Full-Time Students (17 or more days per month)

• $275 per month for the first child, $206 per month for each additional child (25% discount)

Part-Time Students (Less than 17 days per month)

• $20 per day / per child

ASEP hosts an optional all-day program on scheduled Professional Development Days (7:45 -6pm). Enrollment is limited and registration is required.  There is a non-refundable $55 charge to ASEP participants for this program.  We do a variety of activities including movies, cooking, and often short field trips (which is covered in the cost). We will not have ASEP Discovery Days if we have less than five students signed up. For more information please contact the After School director.
