ASEP

Asheville Catholic School’s After School Enrichment Program (ASEP) is available for students in Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade. It is designed to meet the needs of students and their working parents. ASEP provides a child-centered, safe, stimulating, and happy environment. Each day ASEP offers an after school snack, homework time and recreation time. In addition, the program offers a variety of activities such as music, games, arts and crafts, cooking, holiday parties and more.

Registration & Fees

A one-time $55 registration fee per family is required at the beginning of the year with your application.

• Families can drop in as needed once the application is on file and registration fee has been paid.
• Attendance will be taken daily and is billed a month in arrears.
• Full-Time Students (17 or more days per month)
  • $275 per month for the first child, $206 per month for each additional child (25% discount)
• Part-Time Students (Less than 17 days per month)
  • $20 per day / per child

Hours of Operation

ASEP runs from 3pm -6pm daily.  On early dismissal days, ASEP does not run.
