Asheville Catholic School’s After School Enrichment Program (ASEP) is available for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. It is designed to meet the needs of students and their working parents. ASEP provides a child-centered, safe, stimulating, and happy environment. Each day ASEP offers an after school snack, homework time and recreation time. In addition, the program offers a variety of activities such as music, games, arts and crafts, cooking, holiday parties and more.
Registration and Fees:
A one-time $50 registration fee per family is required at the beginning of the year with your application. Full-Time Students
- 4 or 5 days per week
- $265 per month for the first child, $199 per month for each additional child (25% discount)
- partial months such as August, December and June are pro-rates at $13/day
- Less than 17 days per month
- $16.50 per day / per child
- can drop in as needed once application is on file and registration fee has been paid
Hours of Operation:
ASEP runs from 3pm -6pm daily. On early dismissal days, ASEP runs from 12pm – 6pm. There are increased fees for extended hours.
ASEP hosts an optional all-day program on scheduled teacher work days (7:45 -6pm). Enrollment is limited and registration is required. There is a non-refundable $50 charge to ASEP participants for this program. We do a variety of activities including movies, cooking and often short field trips (which is covered in the cost).
